Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Interpreting customer’s parts requirements
- Quote customers and enter customer orders in a timely manner
- Source and order parts
- Liase with suppliers
- Utilise OEM part catalogues
- Build customer relationships
- Receipt and distribute parts
- Manage and maintain records, purchase orders, quotes and invoicing
- Liaise with the warehouse
- Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs
- Assist with end of month tasks
Skills Required:
- Previous parts interpreting experience is ideal
- OEM equipment parts experience would be an advantage
- Great time management
- Accurate data entry
- Excellent customer service
- Good computer skills
- Drivers License
- A genuine commitment to safety
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- You have a positive and motivated approach to work
- Ability to work unsupervised and to a high standard
